PANAJI: All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary and in-charge of Goa desk, Digvijaya Singh who is on a two-day visit to Goa, condemned the state government's "atrocities" against some Congress workers.

It also requested the police to file an FIR against persons identified in the reports of the Supreme Court-appointed central empowered committee (CEC), Shah commission and public accounts committee (PAC). It further forwarded a copy of the complaint to the state government to refer the matter to the Lokayukta for recovery of losses and investigations into other civil issues.
